The Challenge

With its subsidiary, an ICT provider, maintaining an IT infrastructure, their legacy data centre hindered employee mobility and they needed secure management of mobile devices. Their help desk was flooded with requests every day, and the delayed response to and processing of these requests was constantly a problem

The approach

The top priority for their team was IT security. They didn’t want to skimp when it came to checking and safely managing the devices. The new solution had to deliver the necessary user-friendliness for thousands of mobile employees.

The Solution

The company decided to install VMware UEM technology across the entire network by scanning a QR code. Thanks to VMware AirWatch, the technical onboarding of new employees is now very easy – they can be added in just one hour without additional IT support. This is because the entire life cycle of endpoints for all major operating systems can be managed via a central management console using VMware AirWatch. The IT administrators have complete control over the applications in case the device is lost or stolen. The security of the whole network and data protection can therefore be guaranteed.

Blade Server

Blade servers are the latest servers. Rack Server

It is easier to manage connections and maintain the system as all components of the system are located in the same place. Rack servers can be expanded with additional memory, storage, and processors. Tower Server

Tower Servers are low cost and can be customized and upgraded based on business needs as they come with minimal configuration. Tower servers can be configured as general-purpose servers, communication servers, web servers, or network servers that integrates using HTTP protocols. It also costs roughly the same as a desktop computer.
